Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Logara platform operated by Logara Technologies (“Logara”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Logara provides a productised SEO + Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) subscription for healthcare clinics. The service includes AI-citation tracking (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), Google Business Profile optimisation, schema/structured data, monthly visibility reporting, and a 220-check technical audit with ongoing fixes.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
  • One person or organisation per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of healthcare regulations.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform’s operation.
  • Generate misleading or fraudulent content through our AI tools.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorisation.

4. Healthcare Disclaimer

Logara is a marketing and operations platform. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated content (blog posts, call summaries, review responses) is produced for marketing purposes and should be reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals before publication where clinical accuracy is required.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or on a 6-month retainer via Stripe.
  • 6-month retainer plans receive a 15% discount versus monthly billing.
  • Pricing is quoted in USD as canonical, with SGD parity at the equivalent same-numeric ladder (US$799 / US$999 / US$1,499 = S$799 / S$999 / S$1,499). The currency you are charged is determined at checkout based on your billing country.
  • No setup fees, no usage charges, and no overages. The flat monthly fee is the full cost of the service.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured at their original rate until renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Content generated by our AI tools for your practice belongs to you.
  • The Logara platform, brand, and technology remain our intellectual property.
  • You grant us a licence to use your business information to provide the service (e.g., generating content, managing reviews).

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where relevant, UK GDPR.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Twilio, Stripe, Google, etc.).

9. Cancellation, Refunds & Performance Guarantee

9.1 Minimum Term & Cancellation

  • All subscriptions have a 3-month minimum term to allow delivery of the 90-day performance guarantee (see 9.3 below).
  • After the 3-month minimum, you may cancel at any time from your dashboard with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain ownership of all content, schema markup, blog posts, and Google Business Profile assets that we have published to your domain or Google profile. We do not remove or de-index published content, and we do not threaten takedowns upon cancellation.
  • Upon cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
  • No refunds for partial months, except as required by the guarantees in 9.2 and 9.3 or by applicable law.

9.2 48-Hour Start Commitment

We commit to publishing your first blog post, publishing your first Google Business Profile post, and capturing your AEO citation baseline within 48 hours of confirmed payment. This is a service standard, not a separate financial guarantee — failure to meet the 48-hour window contributes to the 3-Month Performance Guarantee assessment in 9.3 below but does not on its own trigger a separate credit.

9.3 3-Month Performance Guarantee

Every subscription tier (Solo, Practice, Premium) carries the same outcome promise, measured against your portal data 90 days after subscription start:

  • The promise: your clinic ranks higher in 3 months. “Ranks higher” is defined as at least one of: (a) at least one tracked keyword improves its ranking position by 1 or more positions on your local Google (google.com.sg or google.co.uk) compared to baseline, OR (b) your AEO score in the Logara portal improves by at least 1 point compared to baseline.
  • If we miss: month 4 invoice is waived automatically (one month free, credited in your portal). This applies to every tier identically.

Refunds and credits trigger automatically based on data captured in your portal. No support ticket, claim form, or call is required to receive them. We will also schedule a postmortem call to identify the cause and adjust strategy.

9.4 Performance Guarantee Conditions

The 90-day performance guarantee in 9.3 assumes timely cooperation from you, including:

  • Granting requested access to Google Search Console, your Google Business Profile, and your website domain (e.g., DNS, hosting, content management system).
  • Approving or providing requested content within 5 business days of our request.
  • Not removing, hiding, de-indexing, or otherwise interfering with content we publish on your domain or Google Business Profile during the guarantee period.
  • Not making material changes to your site structure, URLs, or domain that disrupt indexing without prior written agreement.

If the guarantee cannot be delivered due to your obstruction in good faith of the above, we may, at our discretion, void the guarantee for that 90-day period. We will notify you in writing at least 7 days before voiding the guarantee and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logara’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost patients, or business interruption.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
