These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Logara platform operated by Logara Technologies (“Logara”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Logara provides AI-powered tools for healthcare practices including an AI receptionist, reputation management, and local SEO. We also offer a sales partner programme where independent representatives can earn commission by referring clients.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- One person or organisation per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of healthcare regulations.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform’s operation.
- Generate misleading or fraudulent content through our AI tools.
- Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorisation.
4. Healthcare Disclaimer
Logara is a marketing and operations platform. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated content (blog posts, call summaries, review responses) is produced for marketing purposes and should be reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals before publication where clinical accuracy is required.
5. Pricing & Payments
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Annual plans receive a discount equivalent to 2 months free.
- All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured until renewal.
6. Sales Partner Programme
- Sales partners join at no cost and earn 20% lifetime recurring commission on clients they refer.
- Commissions are calculated monthly and paid in arrears.
- Referral commissions (10% of a referred partner’s earnings) are single-level only.
- We reserve the right to terminate a partnership for fraudulent referrals, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
- Content generated by our AI tools for your practice belongs to you.
- The Logara platform, brand, and technology remain our intellectual property.
- You grant us a licence to use your business information to provide the service (e.g., generating content, managing reviews).
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Twilio, Stripe, Google, etc.).
10. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds for partial months or unused annual periods, except where required by law.
- Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logara’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost patients, or business interruption.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
